Meet Sonja
I grew up around cakes – My Great Aunt had a hobby bakery and I was by her side every time. Remember those barbie cakes with the decorated cake skirt? That was my specialty as a preteen! Fast forward to the present, cake decorating is still my passion. I have been in the cake business in Springfield MO for over 40 years, with 20 of those years in the wedding industry.
Every one of my cakes is made with buttercream icing made from scratch (nothing store bought), and with real fresh fruit filling (no gels or glazes) – basically it’s made with love! Quality, fresh, homemade ingredients is what sets my cakes apart from the rest. You can count on them always being beautifully decorated and delicious!
